Responsibilities:
• Structure and secure financing deals for customers while maximizing profitability for the dealership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure favorable terms and rates.
• Provide Customers with outstanding customer service.
• Guide customers through the financing process, explaining options and ensuring transparency.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals and objectives.
• Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper financing channels.
• Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
• Participate in sales meeting which includes providing training and transferring information on finance and lease programs to the sales teams. This is intended to ensure an accurate understanding of the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs for our customers.
• Ensuring all documents relating to new vehicle programs are completed in accordance with audit ready requirements.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in automotive finance management is an asset but not necessary.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Finance or Business-related degree is a plus.
