We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our Leduc, Alberta dealership for the April 2026 to September 2026 season. This is a customer facing role where you will support travelers from around the world as they begin and complete their RV adventures.

Who You Are

 

• Fluent in German or Dutch and confident communicating in English
• Naturally friendly, professional, and customer focused
• Excited to work with international travelers
• Motivated by helping people create memorable experiences

What You Will Do

 

• Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach
• Guide customers through the RV rental process from pick up to return
• Explain paperwork clearly and confidently
• Demonstrate RV features including truck campers and motorhomes
• Check in returning RVs and resolve questions or concerns efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Bring

 

• Fluency in English plus German or Dutch
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and energy
• Ability to work weekends and contribute to a team
• A genuine desire to help turn vacation plans into lasting memories
