We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Service Department based out of our Windsor Shop. 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues based on driver and owner/operator reportsand take service calls
  • Perform diagnostics using test drives and tools such as pressure gauges, motor analyzers, and other test equipment
  • Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks
  • Service air and hydraulic brake systems, steering and suspension, and perform electrical diagnostics
  • Respond to service calls, including roadside and on-site repairs as required
  • Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, and repairs in accordance with safety standards
  • Clean, repair, recondition, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and components
  • Ensure equipment is returned to service safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively
  • Complete warranty repairs and required documentation
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures


Requirements
 

  • 310T and/or 310J license considered an asset
  • Tire service License required
  • Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of truck parts, equipment, and repair procedures
  • Familiarity with DOT/MTO rules and regulations considered an asset
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
