Audi Halifax is seeking a General Manager to lead Nova Scotia's only Audi dealership. This role carries full responsibility for the performance, culture, and day-to-day operations of the single-point luxury franchise representing one of the world's most established automotive brands.
As the leader of Audi Halifax, you will set clear expectations, develop department leaders, maintain Audi brand standards, and deliver consistent results across Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I. You will represent Audi in the Nova Scotia market and the community and will have direct influence over both business outcomes and team development. This position is aligned with a General Manager who understands clear accountability, the value of a large and stable dealer group, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact while leading a flagship luxury brand.
Compensation
Expected earnings of $150,000 - $200,000+ Annually, comprised of a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus, along with a demo vehicle and comprehensive benefits.
The Role
As General Manager of Audi Halifax, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and strategic direction of the dealership. Your leadership will directly influence results across all departments, including:
- Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects Audi's premium standards for service, trust, and transparency.
- Employee Experience: Lead, coach, and support department leaders, building accountable, high-performing teams rooted in professionalism and respect
- Dealership Leadership: Oversee Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts operations, ensuring alignment with Audi brand standards and Steele Auto Group expectations.
- Financial & Operational Performance: Manage budgets, financial results, KPIs, and expense controls while driving profitability and long-term stability.
- Sales & Marketing: Guide inventory strategy, sales execution, and marketing initiatives to strengthen market share and brand presence.
- Market Growth: Analyze local market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to elevate dealership performance.
- Strategic Execution: Implement Steele Auto Group policies, procedures, and initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
- People & Culture: Partner with HR on recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of dealership leadership experience
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Confident decision-making, sound judgment, and strategic thinking
