CSR / Jr. Auto Collision Estimator

The CSR / Jr. Auto Collision Estimator at CSN Alliance plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the collision repair process. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to begin their careers in the collision repair industry. You'll work closely with customers and experienced estimators to help prepare initial damage assessments and ensure that client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Welcome customers and assist them in understanding the repair process.
• Answering phones and prepare Work Orders.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and complaints regarding their vehicle repair.
• Facilitate communication between customers, insurance providers, and repair technicians.
• Maintain an organized schedule for vehicle inspections, follow-ups, and repairs.
• Keep all estimates, files, and shop management systems accurate and up-to-date
• Post Invoices and credits and scan into management system
• Follow insurer and OEM repair procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Verify and source automotive parts correctly
• Gather necessary information from clients to facilitate accurate estimates.
• Assist in writing repair estimates under the guidance of senior estimators.
• Document transactions and maintain records of estimates and repair orders.
• Provide exceptional service and create a pleasant customer experience.

Requirements
 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Knowledge of ARMS, ProgiSync, Mitchell, QAPTER, BodyShopConnect, and Google Sheets, is an asset.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to learn about collision estimating and repair processes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
