Vehicle Photography & Website Content Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Photography & Website Content Coordinator to support our sales, service and marketing team. This role is responsible for photographing vehicles and ensuring images are properly captured, organized, and uploaded for online listings. 
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, consistent, and takes pride in presenting vehicles professionally. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Photograph all incoming and outgoing vehicles for website and online listings
• Ensure photos meet company standards for clarity, angles, and completeness
• Upload and organize vehicle photos in the dealership system
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure vehicles are photographed promptly
• Maintain photography equipment and staging areas
• Identify missing or outdated photos and correct them as needed
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and presentable before photos are taken

What We're Looking For: 

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic computer skills (uploading photos, organizing files)
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
• Valid driver's license (required to move vehicles when needed)
• Photography experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
