Description du poste

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Coordinator to manage regulatory requirements and safety standards for a fleet of 100-300 commercial drivers. This role is vital in maintaining our carrier profile and ensuring our operations remain fully compliant with provincial and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Permit Management
• Manage Prorate/IFTA documentation, including all additions and renewals.
• Coordinate provincial permitting for weight, dimensional, and specific movement
requirements.
• Conduct regular Carrier Profile reviews to ensure organizational compliance.

Telematics & Systems Administration (Geotab)
• Oversee Geotab management, including user setup and ongoing training.
• Maintain user grouping structures and manage geofencing.
• Troubleshoot system issues for end-users.
Hours of Service (HOS) & Log Auditing
• Monitor and audit Electronic Driver Logs to ensure accuracy.
• Manage violations, unassigned logs, and other compliance discrepancies.
• Liaise directly with drivers and supervisors to ensure all required log annotations are
completed.
Safety &Driver Administration
• Oversee driver violation and ticket management, serving as a key liaison with the
EH&;S (Environment, Health, and Safety) department.
• Maintain comprehensive driver file management systems.
• Generate regular compliance reporting for management review.

Qualifications
• Proven experience managing compliance for a mid-to-large fleet (100+ drivers).
• Technical proficiency in Geotab or similar ELD/telematics platforms.
• Strong understanding of IFTA, provincial permitting, and Hours of Service (HOS)
regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with drivers, supervisors, and safety
teams.
