Location: Hybrid throughout Halifax & Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Wage: Commensuratewith knowledge, skills, and competencies.

What you will do:

As ourMarketing Specialist, you will bring our dealerships to life across digital channels, helping elevate the customer experience from great to unforgettable. You will work closely with dealership leadership and our Marketing and Communications team to build and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and results. Your work will include:

 

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for campaigns, websites, and social media
• Managing andmonitoringsocial media channels, including messages, leads, reviews, and audience engagement
• Running andoptimizingpaid digital campaigns, including SEM and display advertising
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance across digital platforms
• Ensuring all creative and digital assets align with Steele Auto Group branding and vision
• Partnering with General Managers on radio, print, social media, and email and text campaigns through PBS andDealboxx
• Supporting andrepresentingcommunity partnerships and local events
• Managing relationships with community partners, third party vendors, and digital service providers such as Kijiji, CarGurus, Autotrader, Rapid Response, and others
• Coordinating the design and development of marketing materials including flyers, print ads, and business cards
• Participating in on site dealership visits to support local marketing initiatives
• Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager withadditionalprojects as needed

What you bring:

 

• At least two years of experience in a marketing or digital media role
• Relevantpost-secondaryeducation
• Hands on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfort using design and marketing software tools
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Automotive experience is considered an asset
• Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
