ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be part of a busy, professional service department working on Ford, Lincoln, and off-make vehicles. This role is built for technicians who want trust, consistency, and the support to do the job right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
 

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs accurately
• Collaborate with advisors and parts to keep workflow efficient
• Document work clearly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bay

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 

• Red Seal Journeyman Automotive Technician or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Ford or domestic experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license
• Team-oriented mindset with a fix-it-right-the-first-time approach
• Apprentices with solid experience are encouraged to apply
