Our small Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) dealership in rural Alberta is seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to lead our parts department and help keep our customers' vehicles running strong. As a key member of our family-owned operation, you'll enjoy the benefits of small-town living - shorter commutes, fresh air, and a real sense of community - while playing a vital role in serving local farmers, families, and adventure enthusiasts who rely on tough, reliable Jeep and Ram vehicles.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage inventory, staff, and customer relations.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory software (e.g., PBS Systems or similar), and ordering systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ($65,000-$80,000+ based on experience) with performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental coverage and RRSP's.
  • Employee vehicle purchase/lease discounts on new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models.
  • Paid vacation, training opportunities, and ongoing Stellantis support.
  • A supportive, low-drama team environment in a growing rural community.
