WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Daily management of staff; delegate tasks, assess and manage training requirements, manage personnel time and attendance, and performance management
- Immediately and directly engage with personnel when an AOG occurs to resolve issue as quickly as possible
- Plan, direct and manage maintenance tasks and checks for the Citation fleet, including but not limited to manpower, tooling, and parts budgeting
- Ensure documents, logs and records are maintained
- Participating in planning meetings
- Other responsibilities as applicable

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 3-5 years of Fleet Management and planning
- 5+ years maintenance experience on Citation 550 or 560 models
- Current Transport Canada AME M license or valid FAA A&P license
- A valid passport
- Familiarity with CAMP (Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program) is a plus
