Valet Person - Mercedes-Benz Barrie

Weins Auto Group is looking for a Valet Person at Mercedes-Benz Barrie. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our service team. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and will provide front-end support for our customers and service team during our busiest season!

Responsibilities: 
 

• Greet all guests arriving at the Service Drive-Thru in a friendly and professional manner, delivering consistent and professional customer service.
• Assessing guest needs and direct them to the appropriate individual
• Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.
• Pick-up or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested
• Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.
• Provide assistance to guests upon return, directing them to the appropriate party for check out and, as required, locating vehicle and bringing it to the Service Drive-Thru
• Assist with general duties requested by management

Qualifications: 
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. 
• Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required. 
• A valid Ontario Class "G" driver's license and a clean driver's abstract. 
• Attention to detail 

Pay Rate: $19.30 / hour
