Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee or conduct quality checks or designated product/manufacturing process inspections, decide on blocking of suspect or defective parts or products for further decision.
  • Analyze and create technical concepts for optimization of quality aspects in production or assembly processes assigned.
  • Implement quality standards, initiatives, and technical concepts and verify application and effectiveness, and support preparation/completion of internal and external audits.
  • Analyze parts returned from field/customers and issue related analysis reports, analyze customer warranty cases.
  • Manage complaints, related costs, facilitate problem solving, and initiate/ drive corrective actions to completion in cooperation with local Quality Management and Quality Customer Service.
  • Facilitate plant activities for Supplier Complaints


Your Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 5 years of experience; or Master's degree in an engineering related field and 2 years of experience
  • Six sigma problem solving techniques
  • Versed in AIAG standards, documents and forms
