What You'll Do
- Coordinate customer service appointments and follow ups
- Create and maintain work orders
- Support the service team with scheduling, warranty paperwork, and daily operations
- Keep the service area organized and efficient
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every step
What You Bring
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well with others
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Previous service or administrative experience is an asset but we'll train the right person
Hourly Rate: $18 to $19 per hour based on experience
Location: Fraserway RV Bedford, NS
Schedule: Full time, permanent
