Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Porsche Centre Vancouver, a proud member of the Dilawri Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. About the Role 

As a Porsche Service Advisor, you will serve as the key liaison between our valued customers and our skilled technician team. You will exemplify professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized service experience to every Porsche client 

• Assist walk-in customers and build lasting relationships to grow your client portfolio 

• Support your fellow Service Advisors with overflow work and collaborative teamwork 

• Accurately open and invoice repair orders while ensuring compliance with Porsche service standards 

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair quotations, approvals, and progress updates 

• Review Porsche maintenance schedules, warranty coverage, and loaner vehicle policies 

• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion and quality assurance 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 3-5 years of Service Advisor experience (luxury or European brand experience preferred) 

• Familiarity with CDK, XTIME, Kimoby, and Porsche PPN systems an asset 

• Strong automotive knowledge and an understanding of performance vehicle service standards 

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills 

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and attention to detail 

• A passion for the Porsche brand and dedication to delivering an exceptional ownership experience
