Plaza Auto Group is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead our thriving dealership at Cobourg Kia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee operations, drive growth, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all dealership departments
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Train, coach, and develop staff and lower-level managers
- Hire, evaluate, and, when necessary, terminate employees
- Monitor productivity and performance, implementing improvements as needed
- Maintain reports on business operations and employee performance
- Coordinate multiple teams and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven managerial and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in strategic business planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in coaching and developing employees
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years as a General Manager, or 5+ years in General Sales Manager or Fixed Operations leadership roles
- Valid OMVIC license
- Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver's Abstract
- Demonstrated success in sales performance, financial oversight, and building an inclusive, loyal, and growth-focused team culture
