Are you ready to be an essential part of a fast-paced, dynamic dealership team? As a Lot Attendant, you'll play a key role in keeping our dealership looking sharp, organized, and customer-ready. From coordinating vehicle arrivals to assisting customers, this role ensures every visitor experiences a smooth, welcoming, and professional environment. If you're organized, dependable, and love being on the move, this is the job for you!
What You'll Do:
- Verify serial numbers and inspect incoming vehicles for damage and accessories.
- Record any vehicle damage or missing items accurately.
- Park and organize new vehicles in designated areas for display and sale.
- Catalog keys and assign stock control numbers.
- Assist technicians, sales staff, and valets as needed.
- Help customers locate their vehicles and deliver cars to the door whenever possible.
- Keep the lot clean, safe, and organized year-round.
- Transport customers, personnel, and paperwork as requested by Sales & Service Managers.
- Complete dealer trades and vehicle transfers safely and efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks to support smooth dealership operations, including vehicle washing or other duties assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions-sun, rain, snow, and cold.
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Strong judgment and reliability.
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
