You will be part of a driven, and collaborative team completing important projects while receiving the mentorship, knowledge, and experience to develop the skills you need to build an exciting career. 

As a Fleet Analyst student on the Air and Ground Transportation Team you will assist the Senior Fleet Advisor and Fleet Analyst with various day to day fleet requirements and projects as part of supporting Cenovus' Fleet Vehicle Program.

What you'll do
 

  • Support the overall fleet management of Cenovus fleet, including various fleet related administrative and coordination responsibilities.
  • Support total fleet lifecycle from planning, acquisition and financing to program management and vehicle remarketing.
  • Work within the Holman Insights Fleet management database to update driver and vehicle information and generate reports for review.
  • Analyze various reports and follow up with the Fleet team and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with fleet maintenance review and approvals.


Who you are

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: 
 

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
  • Available to begin work in May 2026
  • Agile and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Communicates effectively (written and verbal)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Collaboratively works within a team to achieve a common goal

Education 
 

  • Must be enrolled in a Fleet Management / Finance / Business Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.


Working Conditions
 

  • May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc.
