WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a BDC Internet Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our sales communication network connecting customers with the right vehicles and our in-store sales teams. You'll manage inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone and email, and help schedule appointments that turn into opportunities.
This role is fast-paced, interactive, and results-driven - perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and thrives in a structured, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound internet leads and outbound follow-up calls/emails (lease retention, internet inquiries, phone-ups, sold/unsold traffic, and follow-up efforts)
- Engage with customers to book appointments and support the sales process
Use computer applications and systems to accurately and consistently to document customer interactions - Develop product knowledge across all makes and models represented by Capital Automotive Group
- Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure smooth communication and customer hand-offs
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, inventory, and advertising campaigns
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- A positive, professional attitude and a drive to succeed
- Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and office software
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a call-center environment (automotive experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
