We're looking for: Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Mechanical Staging Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a dealership or similar organization, staging vehicles or similar experience.

You Will:

• Coordinate inbound mechanical shop inventory

• Ensure production lines are operating smoothly and efficiently.

• Dispatch ancillary services on-site as needed.

• Maintain knowledge of equipment and options concerning vehicles.

• Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills required

• Valid G Driver's License, clean driver abstract with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Team player, reliable, punctual and detail oriented

Nice to Haves:

• Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions

• Prior experience working with OPENLANE's operations team or in a similar role

• 1-3 years' experience in office or general administration

• Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems

• Qualified/Experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/ or tow trucks is strongly preferred

• Being licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs
