What You'll Do:
 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and support store-wide CSI performance
  • Monitor and follow up with CSI/Google review data for both Sales and Service
  • Maintain logs or escalate unresolved concerns
  • Maintain CSI dashboard and provide insights to management
  • Assist in VIP deliveries or events
  • Support consistency of showroom and lounge presentation


What We're Looking For:
 

  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing automotive roles
  • Ability to read customer behaviour and respond proactively
  • Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
