We are seeking a motivated Service and Parts Advisor to be part of our dynamic team at Orillia Kia.

Compensation & Benefits:
 

• Compensation
• Total Estimated Annual Earnings Are $64,000 to $95,000
• Salary $40,000 - $45,000 Annually plus a Performance Based Monthly Bonus Plan (Estimated Annual Earnings $24,000 - $50,000)
• Salary Will Be Based upon Experience and Bonus Estimated Earnings Are Dependent on the Employee Personal Sales Accomplishments

What You'll Do:
 

• Provide exceptional customer service with professional, clear communication
• Complete and review service orders with customers and the shop
• Accurately estimate service costs and completion times
• Educate customers on products and services that best suit their needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage parts on repair orders
• Maintain accurate records and produce flawless paperwork

What We're Looking For:
 

• Experience and knowledge in the automotive service industry
• Understanding of mechanical components of vehicles
• Ability to maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing training
• Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of PBS is an asset
