What You'll Do

As our Parts Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations and help drive growth while keeping customers happy and parts flowing smoothly. You will,

 

  • Lead day-to-day parts operations, stepping in for the Fixed Operations Manager when needed
  • Manage special orders, stock receiving, inventory control, and reporting
  • Oversee merchandising and assist with marketing promotions in the parts and camping store
  • Ensure excellent customer service whether in-store, over the phone, or by coordinating with service and distribution partners
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, service centers, and customers
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, database updates, A/R reports, and reconciliations
  • Monitor sales, track lost sales, and look for new opportunities to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction


What You Bring

 

  • Proven customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts (RV or automotive experience is a big asset)
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency with computers and inventory systems
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Initiative, teamwork, and a drive to succeed


Compensation

 

  • Compensation for the role will include an hourly wage between $25-27 plus a full benefits package, RRSP matching, employee discounts, and more
