We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team at Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill. This role is a key part of our service department, ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience from the first phone call to their completed service visit.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize shop capacity
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers regarding service reminders, declined work, and overdue maintenance
  • Provide customers with information on services, promotions, and dealership offerings
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist the service team with administrative support as needed


Qualifications:
 

  • Previous call center, customer service, or BDC experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM software
  • Positive, professional attitude with a focus on teamwork
