The Canyon Creek Toyota has a new opportunity for a Product Advisor to join our team!
Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our internet clients. As a Product Advisor, you must be self-motivated, high-energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.
Our Product Advisor is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Following up on all internet leads
- Responding to customer queries on calls and electronic media (chat/email/social media)
- Meeting individual and department goals
- Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
- Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
- Set goals for each month's productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all vehicle's models
What we value:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.
