What You'll Do

Be the Trusted Automotive Expert - Connect with customers and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Hit Your Goals - Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results.
Deliver an Exceptional Experience - Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process.
Close Deals & Celebrate Success - Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence.
Work as a Team - Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

✔ Passion for the Automotive Industry - You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
✔ Sales & Customer Service Experience - At least 1 year in a similar role.
✔ Energetic & Personable - You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships.
✔ Strong Communicator - Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
✔ Highly Organized & Self-Motivated - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.
✔ Team Player & Go-Getter - You work well with others but also hustle independently.
✔ Valid Driver's License - A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
