A day in the life...
 

  • Lead the sales and finance department in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
  • Structure and present financing and insurance programs, and other appropriate after-sales products, to purchasers of new and used vehicles.
  • Provide the sales team with up-to-date information on financing and leasing programs on an ongoing basis.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of lender requirements, credit analysis, and deal structuring to optimize approvals and profitability.
  • Stay informed about competitor products, interest rate changes, and the Canadian automotive market landscape.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all documentation and transactions.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth operations for customers and the dealership.


What we look for...
 

  • Strong, hands-on experience in a dealership financial services or business office role (senior-level experience preferred).
  • Previous management experience in an automotive dealership is an asset.
  • Ability to mentor and train others on finance processes and compliance.
  • Proficiency in dealership sales software such as 180 and Dealermine.
  • Valid provincial driver's license.
  • VSA license is required.
  • A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset!
