A day in the life...
- Lead the sales and finance department in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Structure and present financing and insurance programs, and other appropriate after-sales products, to purchasers of new and used vehicles.
- Provide the sales team with up-to-date information on financing and leasing programs on an ongoing basis.
- Apply your deep knowledge of lender requirements, credit analysis, and deal structuring to optimize approvals and profitability.
- Stay informed about competitor products, interest rate changes, and the Canadian automotive market landscape.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all documentation and transactions.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth operations for customers and the dealership.
What we look for...
- Strong, hands-on experience in a dealership financial services or business office role (senior-level experience preferred).
- Previous management experience in an automotive dealership is an asset.
- Ability to mentor and train others on finance processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in dealership sales software such as 180 and Dealermine.
- Valid provincial driver's license.
- VSA license is required.
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset!
