The Opportunity
This position operates between the hours of 7:00am -11:00pm, seven days a week, including statutory holidays.

When our members are in difficult and stressful roadside situations, they want to know there's a team of people working behind the scenes making sure they get the help they need when they need it. If this sounds like you, then you're just the kind of person we're looking for to join our 24/7 Roadside Assistance team as a Dispatcher.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Report to the Manager, Dispatch Operations.
- Plan, assign and monitor road service requests to maximize fleet and service provider productivity.
- Maintain a high level of competence and professionalism when it comes to operating and maintaining digital and voice communications.
- Make sure our AMA resources are used efficiently and cost effectively.
- Ensure that members receive the highest quality of road service by working with a sense of urgency.
- Juggle multiple tasks i.e. giving detailed instructions over the phone while also attending to a variety of calls on the computer.
- Work a variety of shifts (including evenings and weekends) as we're open 24/7 and be able to sit for extended periods of time.
What You Bring to the Table
- You have a high school diploma.
- You've worked in a customer service role before and excel in communicating over the phone, building relationships, and retaining knowledge to best help our teams.
- Bonus points if you have experience as a Member Services Representative or Dispatcher!
- You're a team player that excels in a team environment that rely on each other.
- You have strong verbal and written communications skills.
- You're comfortable working on a computer and know your way around computer applications.
