Role Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Rental Fleet Coordinator to support our rental operations across Canada. In this role, you'll manage vehicle insurance, registrations, claims, and repairs, while overseeing new vehicle check-ins, documentation, and coordinating vehicle exchanges and transfers between locations. You'll work closely with rental managers, service departments, and manufacturers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain reservations availability boards and system in collaboration with reservations manager
- Manage insurance claims and damage declarations for rental fleet
- Maintain and update statistics for rental unit damages and insurance claims
- Administer vehicle insurance and registrations for entire rental fleet
- Plan and arrange vehicle transfers and exchanges between locations and during breakdowns
- Work closely with onroad support team, service department and repair facilities to coordinate repairs
- Plan and administer end of season defleet
- Work with manufacturers to plan and schedule vehicle deliveries / drop-shipping for all rental locations
- Maintain unit files during rental vehicle life cycle
Qualifications:
- High School graduation or equivalent
- A minimum of 2-year experience in a relevant work environment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours in high season (April-October) - some overtime and weekend work may be required
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Must be available to work onsite at the Rentals Head Office in Delta, BC.

Compensation:Wage range: $23 to $27 per hour, based on experience in fleet coordination, RV service, or rental operations.
