Primary Duties:
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes for improvements in efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and propose solutions to technical manufacturing problems and provide specifications for new equipment.
- Conduct time studies, generate process charts, and compile reports for performance analysis.
- Lead or support cost-reduction, value-adding, and quality-improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety to design safeguards and promote team member safety.
- Provide training to team members on process updates and changes.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and support production flow.
- Support new model launches, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and TS requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct, Values and Principles, and Minimum Controls.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Qualifications Desired:
- Experience in glass manufacturing or plastic injection molding
- Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or operational excellence initiatives
Salary Range: $68,272 - $93,631
