An automotive services salesperson focuses on selling maintenance, repairs, and other related services for vehicles. This role involves understanding customer needs, explaining necessary services, and promoting the value of keeping vehicles in good working condition. 
They also handle scheduling appointments, providing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the service is completed. 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

• Customer Needs Assessment:
• Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Service Promotion:
• Explaining the benefits of various maintenance services, repairs, and upgrades.
• Quoting and Scheduling:
• Providing accurate cost estimates for services and coordinating appointment schedules.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Effectively selling service packages, parts, and accessories that enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge:
• Staying up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies, service procedures, and industry trends.
• Collaboration:
• Working closely with technicians and other service staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Post-Service Follow-up:
• Contacting customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
