Car-On Auto are looking for car service advisors!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcoming of service customers and listens to their concerns
- Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
- Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
- Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards
- Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards
- Other service-related duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience.
- Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.
- Must have great customer service and listening skills •
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail •
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage warranty administration would be an asset
- Strong computer skills experience is an asset
