Bridgewater Honda is looking for a Service Video Advisor to join our team!

As a Service Video Advisor for Bridgewater Honda you will take videos of ongoing repairs on client vehicles, and keeping the customer updated on the progress, allowing them to be a part of the decision-making process. You will also help maintain a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot, as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager. This is an entry level position, providing an opportunity to gain a rewarding career with Atlantic Canada's largest automotive group.

Hourly Wage: $17.50-$19.75 Plus Performance Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

• Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
• Proper explanation of the technicians' vehicle prognosis on video
• Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
• Cleanliness of service department
• Service department support when and where required
• Provide occasional backup as a Service Advisor when needed

Requirements:

 

• Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
• Be prompt, punctual and detailed oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
