What You'll Do:
 

• Oversee a team of 7-10 detailers in a busy shop environment
• Maintain strict quality control across all reconditioning work
• Train new team members and coach best practices
• Open, close, and post repair orders (ROs) accurately and on time
• Ensure shop cleanliness, efficiency, and safety protocols are met
• Work cross-functionally with sales and service departments to prioritize workflow

What You Bring:
 

• Previous leadership experience in a detailing, recon, or shop environment
• High standards for quality, organization, and customer presentation
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• A valid driver's license
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and clear communication skills
