Tower Operator/Dispatcher
Budds' Imported Cars - Oakville, ON
Position Overview: Coordinate, expidite and organize the flow of work within the Service Department. Flat rates and books all service repair orders in an accurate and efficient manner. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work and schedules, conferring with department to determine progress of work and completion times and dates.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Previous experience in automotive industry.
- Self-motivated.
- High degree of accuracy in completion of work.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effectively communicate with department and technicians.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Check and close internal repairaccuratley and in a timely manner.
- Check work in pprogress.
- Efficiently process and dispatch work.
- Track all work flow.
- Must be detailed oriented.
Schedule:
- 8 Hour shift.
- Monday to Friday.
Experience:
- Automotive: 1 Year (required).
