Assistant Manager

Nissan Gabriel St-Jacques, a dealership of the Gabriel Group, is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager.

Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of automotive parts sales staff, assign duties and prepare work schedules;
    • Monitor parts inventory, place replenishment orders and follow up with suppliers to resolve shortages and delivery issues;
    • Coordinate with the service department to ensure the timely availability of parts required for vehicle maintenance and repairs;
    • Monitor parts sales, costs and profit margins, and report discrepancies or concerns to management;
    • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management, identifying stock shortages, sales trends and replenishment needs.

Candidates must:

    • Knowledge of Serti software;
    • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a parts department within the automotive industry;
    • No diploma required.
