Mechanic Technician

We're looking for a passionate, organized and skilled Automotive Technician with strong expertise in both general mechanics and electrical diagnostics.

Your role? Ensure the performance, reliability and safety of every vehicle that comes through our workshop.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

You play a key role in maintaining Paillé's high standards of service quality. You'll put your expertise to work to deliver precise, professional repairs that meet GM standards.

More specifically, you will:

- Perform thorough vehicle inspections, diagnostics and repairs;
- Carry out general mechanical and electrical repairs;
- Conduct road tests and complete all required reports;
- Check tire pressure and replace tires when necessary;
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work environment;
- Support the team with various related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

You're detail-oriented, independent and passionate about automotive mechanics. You take pride in doing things right, and it shows!

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics, ideally with a specialization in electrical systems;
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, independence and initiative;
- Is punctual, reliable and detail-oriented;
- Is physically fit;
- Enjoys teamwork and collaborates naturally with others;
- Maintains a professional attitude at all times.
