To stay at the absolute forefront of the industry, we are a certified NAPA AutoPro and NexDrive facility. This allows us to provide advanced, dealership-level care for all internal combustion engines (ICE) as well as cutting-edge service for next-generation electric and hybrid vehicles.

Our Team Structure:

You won't be working in isolation. The successful candidate will join a fully staffed, smooth-running team consisting of four certified Red Seal Technicians, one dedicated Shop Helper to keep workflow efficient, and four experienced Service Advisors managing customer communication. This balanced structure ensures you can focus on what you do best: fixing vehicles.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of passenger vehicles, light trucks, hybrids, and EVs.
    • Utilize advanced diagnostic scanning tools to accurately troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and thermal management issues.
    • Document all work performed and collaborate seamlessly with our service advisors.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal workspace.

Qualifications:

    • Certification: Valid Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification OR active enrollment in a recognized Apprenticeship program.
    • License: Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
    • Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Advanced Assets (Special Consideration Given):

    • Above-average troubleshooting and advanced electrical/mechanical diagnostic skills.
    • Hands-on Electric Vehicle (EV) and hybrid service experience.
    • EV Certification (such as NexDrive, AIA, or equivalent) is highly desirable and will be given top priority/premium wage consideration.
