Régate Kia Valleyfield is looking for a motivated, professional and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, assess their needs and advise them on our products and services;
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers;
- Work closely with the Finance and Service teams to provide a complete customer experience.
Profile we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in sales; knowledge of Kia products is an asset;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Dynamic, results-driven and professional;
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment;
- Valid driver’s licence (required).

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred);
- Retail sales: 2 years (required);
- Automotive sales: 2 years (required);
- Language: French.
