New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

We're looking for a sales Representative to join our growing team at BMW West Island. If you have the energy, attitude and expertise to provide our customers with unforgettable experiences, this is the position for you!

Key responsibilities:

- Greet and professionally assist customers visiting the dealership, by phone, and online;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide a premium BMW ownership experience;
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable BMW vehicles;
- Present and demonstrate BMW vehicle features, technology, performance, and benefits;
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives;
- Explain vehicle pricing, financing, leasing, warranties, and available protection products.

Requirements:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales dealership targets;
- Maintain current knowledge of BMW products, specifications, technology, incentives, and competitor vehicles;
- Follow BMW brand standards, dealership policies, and applicable legal requirements;
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (French & English);
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive sales;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Valid driver's licence.
