Sales Consultant

We are expanding and looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our new vehicles department.

We are looking for a sales professional who can contribute immediately. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of automotive dealership sales experience, is proficient with Activix and Merlin CRM, understands manufacturer programs and incentives, and is willing to work the schedule required to succeed in a retail automotive environment, including long shifts and weekends.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive dealership sales experience;
- Experience managing and converting internet/web leads through Activix;
- Knowledge of Merlin CRM software;
- Strong understanding of manufacturer programs, incentives, lease and finance offers;
- Proven ability to follow a structured sales process and deliver outstanding customer service;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented;
- Ability to work flexible hours, long shifts, evenings, and weekends;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Present and explain Nissan Canada promotions;
- Valid driver's licence.
