Welcome to our automotive dealership located in Plateau Mont-Royal, a well-established name in the industry since 1952. We are one big family made up of proud and dedicated employees who continue to develop their expertise and exceed expectations day after day.
We are currently looking for an automotive enthusiast who would like to specialize in the distribution of genuine Audi parts and accessories. This multitasking position involves supplying and advising Automotive Technicians and customers on the parts and accessories required for vehicle repairs and customization.
Position: Full-time.
Salary: To be discussed based on experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Use electronic programs such as Etka (genuine parts catalogue) and Serti (DMS), as well as various tire and other supplier websites, to research, recommend, order or supply parts from inventory to meet daily needs;
- Assist customers in person, by phone or through detailed emails, as well as internal team members, often through online chat;
- Maintain an organized Parts Department with a diverse inventory that is replenished daily to ensure optimal operational efficiency;
- Work as part of a team to build positive and productive working relationships.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Accurately invoice parts sales while respecting established pricing, including warranty and customer transactions;
- Verify the condition and quality of parts before they are distributed or returned;
- Process parts returns to inventory or to various manufacturers and follow up on reimbursements;
- Order and stock Audi accessories and boutique items for displays in our showrooms;
- Develop and promote seasonal dealership marketing promotions;
- Maintain the Parts Department and workstation in a clean and organized manner.

Training

- Audi Canada academic training;
