New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy achieving strong results and are motivated by high earning potential, this opportunity is for you.

Your role:

You will guide customers from their first contact through vehicle delivery, providing a professional and efficient experience focused on customer satisfaction and closing the sale.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a personalized experience;
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles;
- Present vehicles, their features and options;
- Conduct test drives;
- Negotiate and close sales;
- Provide thorough customer follow-up before, during and after the sale;
- Meet and exceed sales targets.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with both new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Bilingual in French and English;
- Strong customer service focus;
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills;
- Highly motivated to achieve ambitious targets;
- Professional, independent and team-oriented.

Working conditions:

- Permanent, full-time position;
- Location: Brossard;
- Compensation: $100,000+ per year, based on experience and performance;
- $1,000 signing bonus.
