Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician in the Retail industry in Dryden, Ontario. 
The Licensed Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience. The technician works closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow while building trust and long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately
• Complete repair orders and review work with advisors/customers
• Conduct road tests in compliance with policy
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, management, and parts team
• Ensure unsafe vehicles are reported immediately
• Explain repairs, procedures, and recommended maintenance clearly

 
Successful candidates will have: 

• Valid Automotive Service Technician license (310S)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of modern automotive systems and technology
• Experience in a similar role (asset)
• Familiarity with shop systems (e.g., CoStar) considered an asset
