Aesthetic Sales Advisor

Spinelli Kia Roxboro is looking for a full-time daytime Aesthetic Sales Advisor.

Established in 1922, Spinelli is a trusted name for quality in the Montreal automotive industry. We need you on our team!

Main responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and gather the necessary information;
- Inspect vehicles to identify and assess cleaning, body repair and maintenance needs;
- Prepare cost estimates and repair orders;
- Recommend and sell automotive appearance services, rustproofing treatments and body repair services;
- Clearly explain the required maintenance or repair work and expected completion times to customers;
- Prepare estimates and present them to customers;
- Coordinate with the shop dispatcher to ensure vehicles are completed within the promised timeframe.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in automotive detailing;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Valid class 5 driver’s licence;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Bilingualism: excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
