Job Opening – Auto Body Estimators.

The Gagné Group is growing rapidly and continues to expand!

We are looking for three experienced Estimators to join our team:

Qualifications:

    • Experience as an auto body Estimator;
    • Excellent knowledge of repair methods and insurance processes;
    • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills;
    • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills;
    • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment;
    • Team player with a positive attitude.

Main responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and assess vehicle damage;
    • Prepare accurate estimates using estimation software;
    • Communicate with insurance companies and follow up on cases;
    • Plan repairs in collaboration with the production team;
    • Provide professional customer service throughout the process.

Schedule:

    • Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
    • Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
