Valleyfield Honda is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead all after-sales operations, including Service, Parts, and Collision.

We are looking for a passionate leader who will help drive our continued growth, develop high-performing teams, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the Service and Parts departments.
    • Ensure the achievement of profitability and performance objectives.
    • Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate team members.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, efficiency, profitability, CSI/CXI, customer retention, and more.
    • Optimize operational processes and enhance the customer experience.
    • Manage departmental budgets, inventories, and operating expenses.
    • Work closely with the General Manager and department leaders to ensure an integrated approach to dealership operations.
    • Ensure compliance with Honda standards and industry best practices.

    • Thorough understanding of Service and Parts operations.

    • Proven financial management and performance analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
    • Knowledge of manufacturer programs and processes is considered an asset.
