Polisher / Automotive Aesthetics Technician

Are you passionate about automobiles and have a keen eye for detail? Cadillac de Laval is looking for a Polisher / Automotive Aesthetics Technician to help prepare our new and pre-owned vehicles to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors;
- Perform polishing, buffing, and paint correction;
- Apply protective treatments such as wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings, depending on experience;
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery;
- Inspect completed work to ensure every vehicle meets Cadillac's high-quality standards;
- Move vehicles safely around the dealership.

Profile:

- Experience in automotive detailing or polishing (an asset);
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently;
- Good physical condition and ability to work efficiently;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
