Our large dealership in Laval is currently looking for a Claims Officer with experience in warranty claims and a strong customer service focus.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the warranty claims department. More specifically, you will process warranty claims and follow up with the manufacturer to ensure timely reimbursement.
You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Claims Officer;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics and automotive parts;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent ability to manage priorities;
- Knowledge of the SERTI system (an asset).
