Job description
You are known for your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files at once? We are currently looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join an automotive dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service and teamwork are top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire vehicle preparation process prior to delivery;
- Schedule delivery dates and times with sales consultants and customers;
- Ensure registrations, administrative documents, and financing files are completed before vehicle delivery;
- Verify that all accessories, equipment, and preparation work meet quality standards;
- Coordinate activities between the sales, service, parts, detailing, and administration departments;
- Ensure vehicles are ready on schedule and that customers receive an exceptional delivery experience;
- Help improve delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency;
- Perform any other related duties.
Profile:
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multiple departments;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a coordination or administrative role;
- Automotive dealership experience (an asset);
- Bilingual (an asset);
- Knowledge of SAAQclic, Serti, and Merlin.
